OPERATIONAL PROPOSAL SYSTEM FOR SUSTAINABILITY TOPICS

A company suggestion scheme was introduced at the beginning of 2024 to promote continuous thinking and incentivise new ideas and approaches throughout the company. This is a collection of ideas from employees that positively influence the operational situation with regard to sustainable processes and procedures, quality assurance, occupational safety and environmental protection, purchasing and management or other resource-conserving, environmentally friendly aspects. Suggestions that are implemented are honoured.

SPECIAL SWEEPING TECHNOLOGY RUBBER ABRASION

By using a new sweeping technique developed by the company, the rubber abrasion from racing can be removed from the lawns and disposed of professionally. As a result, the lawn can grow back better, as the rubber abrasion would otherwise seal the surface and prevent water from penetrating the soil.
