ADAC Hockenheim Historic 2025 // Historic F1 of the Masters Historic Racing returns to the Motodrom

Following its great success in 2023, the prestigious Masters Historic Racing series is returning to the ADAC Hockenheim Historic – The Jim Clark Revival. The event, which takes place at the Hockenheimring from 9 to 11 May 2025 in honour of racing legend Jim Clark, has developed into a real highlight in the historic motorsport calendar over the past two decades and attracts around 35,000 spectators on the event weekend. The recipe for success is first-class racing series and a varied supporting programme for the whole family.

Next year, all fans can look forward to a special treat: Masters Historic Racing will bring some of the most fascinating vehicles in motorsport history to Hockenheim with the Masters Racing Legends, the Masters Le Mans 90s+, the Masters Gentlemen Drivers and the Masters Pre-66 Touring Cars.

‘Two years ago, the addition of Masters Historic Racing to the programme of our event proved to be a direct hit. Ron Maydon’s varied portfolio of formula, sports and GT racing cars was immediately well received by our knowledgeable fans and became an instant crowd favourite. We are proud to be a stop on the season calendar of the renowned racing series again next year,’ says Jochen Nerpel, Managing Director of Hockenheim-Ring GmbH.

The Masters Racing Legends will present an impressive selection of Formula 1 cars from the years 1966 to 1985, which were once driven by legendary drivers and bring the glorious past of motorsport’s premier class back to the race track.
the race track. At the same time, the Masters Le Mans 90s+ offers an exciting mix of GT and prototype cars that have taken part in endurance races over the past three decades. This class promises exciting races and nostalgic moments for all endurance fans. In addition to these exciting starting fields, the Masters Gentlemen Drivers combined with the Masters Pre-66 Touring Cars will compete to offer pure racing like in the good old days for GT cars before 1966.

Other top-class series such as the Golden Era Touring Cars, Historic Racecar Association, Lurani Trophy, Tourenwagen Revival and Prototype Cup Germany complete the full schedule of the ADAC Hockenheim Historic 2025. Tickets are still available at the early bird price until 31 December 2024. Further information on the event can be found at www.hockenheim-historic.de.
