CONSTANT DIALOGUE

Proactive communication with the city administration, residents, interest groups and authorities ensures that mutual understanding and trust can be built and joint solutions developed. For example, regular cross-departmental operational meetings are held with the city administration, police, German Red Cross, fire brigade and other authorities and institutions for major events, and roundtable discussions are held with interest groups. The Hockenheim Ring has set up a free hotline for the citizens of Hockenheim, where they can pass on suggestions, ideas and criticism directly to those responsible at the Motodrom, as well as receive information during events on the Ring.

PROACTIVE TRANSPARENCY

The aim is to maximise transparency both internally and externally. There is a regular flow of information to the shareholders, employees, representatives of the press and other interest groups, providing an insight into all aspects of business operations.
